Redlands, CA – For the first time ever, Mariachi Continental de San Diego will take the stage at the Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival on July 8, 2024, bringing their renowned mariachi experience, A World’s Tradition, to an audience of up to 4,000 attendees. This free concert is part of Redlands Bowl’s commitment to presenting world-class, culturally enriching performances to the community.
A World’s Tradition – A Unique Mariachi Experience
A World’s Tradition is an immersive and educational mariachi experience that explores the global influences behind mariachi music. Through a powerful blend of live music, narration, and visuals, audiences will be taken on a journey that highlights the international origins of mariachi subgenres—from polkas to joropos, boleros to waltzes—revealing how mariachi has evolved through cultural exchanges over time.
